Ordering and shipping

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer international shipping. Please check the shipping page for the details

How can I track my order ?

For online orders, an email will be sent with a shipping confirmation and tracking information. If you need to make a change to your address or you have other questions, please contact customer service at support@cocos.band

There is a problem with my shipment, what do I do?

If you have any issues with your shipment, please contact our support team at support@cocos.band. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

If your shipment is delayed by the carrier, we recommend reaching out to them directly for assistance. They may require specific instructions on where to deliver your order. In some instances, updating the delivery address may incur an additional charge by the carrier.

Please note that COCOS is not liable for any additional charges imposed by the carrier. 

What is your return policy?

We accept returns only for items that were damaged during shipping or have defects. If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us at support@cocos.band within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a refund.

Please note that we do not accept returns for other reasons, such as a change of mind or incorrect ordering. Thank you for your understanding.
